Want to Buy Crashed Bike, Need Parts

I really question my wisdom buying my 2018 R3R. The bike isn't even 4 years old, and some parts required to complete my repair are either not in stock. not available or worse yet, obsolete. How the F--K can anything having to do with a 4 year old bike be obsolete? She's been in the shop since before Thanksgiving last year, with absolutely no idea when or if any of the remaining parts needed will be located. Parts still needed include:
Handlebar T2040438
Rad Cover LH Painted Black T2108435-PS
Bowl, Headlamp, Black T2700534
LH TOR Silencer A9600205
Engine Dresser Bar, LH T2079923
Highway Peg Mount Kit A9750850
If anyone can help me out here, I'd appreciate it. No luck with Fowlers UK
