I just dropped my R3 today backing it up to a spot, my left foot slipped on sand lol. Luckily looks like the Mirror took all the hit, bent it a little bit. was scared was gonna be the whole side scratched but luckily just the mirror and very light scratch on the shift pedal. Mind you i'm 5.6 and cant fully plant both my feet at once. can't wait to get some sliders on. hope something comes out soon.
also may want to consider a corbin if it sits you down a little lower

Hello again fellow rocketeers! Does anyone has any knowledge about options to protect the bike in the event of a tip over or a drop?

God forbid that one of Us have to endure such a predicament, but even Valentino Rossi had to be prepared for the worst case scenario...

I've been searching unsuccessfully on the web for aftermarket solutions that may work on the R3 2020, but having mid-controls on my GT as in the R, I was thinking that maybe something bolted to the pegs' original front holes (where the covers are) may give some clearance for the delicate areas on the side if the machine succumbs to gravity... just guessing...

Any ideas/comments/suggestions?
I'm looking and will investigate. We will figure this out. I love trex on my busa. I'm going to reach out.

My GT has 40 miles on it and I would LOVE a good-looking set of crash bars / sliders.

If you haven't done so watch that video on here about suspension adjustment. I'm no mechanic and it was super easy. Mine was way off I initially

I also did this search, with no luck. Maybe next year there will be enough of these on the road to interest accessory makers. Seems like a @Lamonster opportunity!

Omg! We need this 🤑🤑
"I know, right?" :p

Sure, the bike looks better without them, but I could live with it for sure. They look well made. I did a bit of Googling and couldn't find anything on them. Like @Triumph Rocket 3 I message the carbon fiber business, but no reply. I'm guessing the bottoms attach where the R model's controls go. I have an R, so I'm hoping they also make one for it that attaches where the GT controls normally go.

Let's find these.....
