Corbin rear fender kit


I had the same wish as you, when I started with my R3.
The TRIK fender works. It's tried & tested, but it isn't to everyone's taste so I made my own solution. It also works and it's to my taste.
This is my fender:



When I made it, I didn't have any intention of producing it for anyone else.
This isn't the first component i've designed and made for my bikes, and I know from experience low volume production is always more costly and 99% of people don't want to pay the price at that level of production.
TRIK have made the leap from design to production and have managed to make it work commercially for them (I assume).
If you must have a better solution on your bike, I encourage you to consider the TRIK product.
The Corbin one could end up being too short for your practical needs, or as Gimlet questions, might give clearance problems with our UK licence plates, so it's a bit of a gamble.

That looks great, did you make the mudguard itself?, can you describe the process?
