I'm vertically challenged, so a seat that gets me lower would be great. Do you have a black low seat? If so, how much?
Yes it is factory option LOWRIDER SEAT - RIDER A9701151 no longer available from Dealers.
1" lower and they are actually a Gel seat and simply replace the existing one with or without the stock pillion seat fitted. I also have a used wide 'Comfort" TOURING GEL SEAT - PILLION A9701143 to suit as well that matches the other standard height TOURING GEL SEAT - RIDER A9701142.
It almost looks like they mixed the rider's seat photos up in the Triumph Factory Accessories Catalogs. These are not 'Touring' model parts that was just the Triumph parts name for R3 Standards/Classics and Roadsters.
The Gel seats have a rubbery smooth seat surface and the sides are heavily textured thick vinyl.

Au$350 (Approx US$250) + Postage. They are fairly light so about Au$100 (Approx US$70) postage to USA I think.

TOURING GEL SEAT - PILLION A9701143
I had two brand new LOWRIDER SEATS - RIDER A9701151, but one has a 1" box cutter slash where some overeager bike-shop employee opened the cartons.
The gel portion is on top and not effected by the 1" cut in the thicker textured seat edge vinyl.
GEL SEAT. LOW RIDER A9701151.
This is the nick in the outer wrapping.

The Seat weighs 2.5Kg and with 1.5kg for packing.
Postage calculator & delivery times - Australia Post

If it was just 3kg it would be
Weight: 3kg

As postage cost hardly changes with a little extra weight it is best to pack well and heavy to protect rather than too lightly!

I think I have found a reasonable solution to the cut one and may keep it for my other Roadster to try out. Embroided soft cloth badges, plastic sealed at rear The Rocket ones below fit shape of seat edge perfectly, (it is just sat there in photo not pressed to surface).
I have plenty more to choose from in multiples so can match them on each side too!
