They have been useing HGV units for the past 8 years or more. Im a retired HGV driver been retied nearly 7 years they had them when i was driving so not a new thing....

I asked a judge one time this question. If they want people to slow down why do they hide in the bushes to write tickets instead of parking in the median with their blue lights on? He just grinned and gave an I don’t know gesture.
