Same here. Never had a problem with the bike freezing or overheating. From a 17 degree morning ride to work to a 113 degree afternoon ride home from work no issues.
So many of you guys are so smart. Really makes me feel like I'm just a dumb old truck driver. What a minute ... I am an old truck driver ... not sure about the dumb part though.

It’s not for everybody, it must be used correctly and it’s expensive which causes a lot to dismiss quickly, well Walmart has good coolant, they do, and some use it and have for many years. 50/50, water with wetter, it all works it’s an oil thread or polish thread or battery thread. Back when we all had the sage words of Wayne Tripp to rely on - I asked him about Evans.
He suggested I did not bother.
Good water/antifreeze mix and DEI Radiator Relief.
It works well.
The weak point in the R3's coolant system is the pump. It causes fluid cavitation above 4000rpms. It's a common issue in many water pumps - iirc @Claviger was looking for a way to upgrade the design.
