Coolant leak on triumph r3

I have coolant leaking from water pump housing I have nipped it up but still leaks, is this a common problem?

I have the same issue after the bike sitting in the unheated garage all winter..... hope I did not crack anything,

+1 on the water pump, unfortunately. Unless the leak is coming from a hose above. I'd run a flashlight around and behind the hoses to look for leaks originating from there- just in case. That would be the "trickle down theory."
