Yes, I put a link to this in the sticky post of the forum Rocket III Resources, in the thread "Please submit your links".

The bike is perfectly tune but does not want to run. Starts and idles perfect but hesitates and stalls past 3 to 35k rmp. Could the fuel filter just suddenly crap out like that?

Have you checked the throttle body balance? what numbers are you showing. Could be a vacuum leak on one of the hoses, block off caps or the fitting merging them with the map sensor hose. The tank vent hole are on the left up front right underneath where the front bear claw mount bolt goes I could see them getting pinched at the back of the tank left side by your TPS. Speaking of TPS you said you put a used one in are you sure its a good one?

that there worries me big time, only one place for a used TPS and that is a rubbish bin they should be considered as a consumable, use and throw away

No the problem with a pressure washer is that there are connector behind the plastic triangle infill cover at back of motor, one of which is for the crank angle sensor and prone to HOLDING water after pressure washing .... dont ask me how :oops:I know
those symptoms sound very familiar to what will happen if it is holding water and no it will not dry out by it's self you need to dry it and fill the square female connector ful of dielectric grease
