Yes second step. First step retracts the stepper motor fully so the throttle bodies are closed as far as they are going to close. this is the point where you set the TPS voltage to .60, then double click adjust ISCV again and the directions at the bottom will tell you to check and see if it is if it is .72 and if not you adjust the nut on the stepper motor until the voltage reads .72 volts. (This the precision way of setting the gap distance between the stepper motor and the throttle. Everything after this is updating the ecu to coincide with theses settings. just follow the directions at the bottom of the tune ecu screen.
