I'm just finishing putting this motor back together all parts were boxed separately I'm left wandering as looking at the manual I seem to be missing a spacer no 27?? Which looks like it's supposed to back the wavy one up? parts were replaced a while back and I remember scratching my head back then but I can't remember out after that lol but there still like new View attachment 134798

Well, here's my theory. Somewhere along the way Triumph revised the lifter piece. The original design had a narrow shoulder that used a washer (the one in the illustration, not the wavy washer) to increase the thickness of the shoulder. The revised lifter piece had a thicker shoulder that eliminated the need for the washer. You have the revised lifter piece with the thicker shoulder that only needs the wavy washer.
There are pictures comparing the two lifter pieces side by side somewhere on the forum, I'll try to find them or someone else will if I can't locate them.

Cheers for that I came across turbos post before but they didn't have the washers attached but a nice comparison all the same, to be fair it's not under load... thanks for the confirmation all the same
