Cleaning carbon buildups

Run good quality fuel, dont bog the motor down by running low rpms in high gear and you wont have a problem with carbon build up.
Good quality fuels has the detergents added to prevent this.

please can you give couple example of that? like what is low rpm for gears? i think each gear has different low rpm?

Just don't bog down (lug) the motor. Shift down so the RPMs are not too low- you can hear and feel it.

If pressed for a number I'd say don't cruise below 3K, keep it around 3.5 - 4.5K cruising and below the redline for everything else

Bore scopes are inexpensive to buy. You could get one and look inside your engine to see for yourself if it has carbon build up and go from there.
