Changing Stock rear indicators only to three way.

Hello All
New to forum. i have a 2023 Rocket 3 GT. I am trying to switch out stock rear turn only, to Rizoma three way (stop/turn/run). I thought with three wire to stock taillight that this would be easy. Obviously need some other component as the stop light red wire is always hot and run light wire goes off when brake light switch applied? Any help greatly appreciated

I did this same scenario a few years back.
I learned the hard way ($100).
Can't do it with a 2 way, only a 3 way.
Also found Kuryakin To be a strong LED

Looking at their website shows the Rocket is not supported. Probably because it uses a CAN-BUS system to operate from the ECU. One option is the factory Triumph scrolling LED signals designed to work with the system.

Suggest that you do not frig about with current Rocket electrics unless you REALLY REALLY know what you're doing.

I be NO electrical whizz here, but I have changed tail and signal lights to LED on both of my Roadsters with no issues in over 92,000 miles.

Yeah me too. No probs with the old models. BIG prob with new electrotrickery.

Oh! Then you are referring to the 2.5s?
