So much so, I kept a wrench handy in my tank bag.
Use of high-temp loctite helped a lot:
It is baked during the application process, but, I assume it has something to do with the coatings being rated for higher temps than ovens reach and exhausts getting closer to those very high temps.

Have you guys tried using spring washers? ....had my Jardines doing the same thing last summer untill i swapped out my studs for bolts with hex heads and its now cured
