Carpenter Racing (seriously considering the 240 hp upgrade package)

Just got a class, via the military, that was about all these diets. From a MD who specialized in nutrition, and her take was basically most are hard to stick to for long periods of time.

She fully endorsed the Mediterranean diet, as it's not really a diet, it's just a rebalance of the quantities of what you eat, so you get all the various flavors and tastes you are accustomed to.

The beach body diet works really well also, you can eat anything you want, it's just portion control, and it flat out works, plus it's super easy to stick to because you can still eat chips, candy, cheese, etc.

I'm no good at portion control. My biggest reason to break a diet is because this big boy is usually hungry. Starvation is not an option for me.

Lol warp.

My tapeworms seem to have abandoned ship when I turned 35, gained 32lbs from June last year till now

I think all my weight comes from all the heart meds I take............Most of the time I just eat one small meal a day

3 to 4 days a week I just eat plain shredded wheat and 1% milk. and still weigh 242, I am 6'1
