Just Received my Pipe today and was wondering if anyone had a diagram for assembly? there was not any paper work with it. what Im wondering about is there are 2 short spacers about 1/4 long and 2 about 1/2 long not sure what they are for! also do I need any gaskets? any help is appreciated.

I don't have the paperwork anymore, but the spacers are to move the brake reservoir on a Roadster. The hole will fit an oil pan drain plug from a Toyota pickup. Not sure what year but it was the only thing in my small town that was the right size

thanks, I found out it is a M18 oil drain plug! ok on the 4 spacers, also did you use any gaskets on the exhaust ports? or high temp silicone?

From know the hassels a friend had I would put new triumph coppers with some hi temp silicone, some guys have with some systems even had to put in TWO copper gasket plus silicone

That was the early Jardines, domed nuts were bottoming out before clamping manifold tight to the head
modesty prevents me mentioning who did this first.

Make sure you buy a good one. Maybe stainless steel. I installed one on my stock pipe to lose the O2 sensor and I guess it was bronze or something like that. I wanted to install the O2 sensor and it wouldn't come out. Dealer took the manifold off, force it out, and had to fix the threads on the pipe somehow. My bike started running funny without the O2 sensor installed so once it got installed again it runs smooth now. ??????
Anyways just a heads up on cheap M18 plugs.
