Things happen real fast at 100 MPH when you're skidding down the road on ya backside aye Art
I biffed a bike on a gentle corner one night (Don't ask how) and got funneled down a 6' wide ditch full of cr-ap at that speed.
I was spittin' cr-ap for a month after that ! it was all through the bike, up under the tank, under the seat, all through my Helmet, in my ears, everywhere !

HAHA that was fun huh isnt amazing what we get ourselves into and we go right back out there and do more stupid stunts LOL

More than once I've said that it's no small miracle that I'm still alive !
And the fact that I am, I'm not quite as much of a hooligan as I once was !
At 18 I was (officially) diagnosed as being addicted to Adrenaline, no worries, pure and natural with no side effects (true story)

I been racing, riding and crashing motors for 65 years now and can not beat that story!!!

YOU know its funny its the owners with stock engined bikes that seem to be frickin up the transmissions But I still say rider error is the cause of most of the problems . When I see a Rocket I always check the clutch free play and more than half of them are maladjusted with not enough freeplay .

well in my case I have babied the tranny yet here I am looking at a major repair bill after 18 000 miles
