Carpenter exhaust Australia?

Hey Warp9.9, I just received a set of Carpenter street rod headers and am having O2 bung sensor clearance to rear peg tubing issues. Did you have any install problems? Also, how did you extend the mount plate and secure to peg mount?
Thanks for any advice or comments you might make.
I'm not quite sure which pipe you have the first or second style brute exhaust or the side winder some photos might help?

I have the newest "street rod" version. Bob helped me out with the problem. "Assemble the exhaust from the head plate back not on the bench."
Thanks for responding.

@Mittzy I knew you had the bike now Tony but I was under the impression that Reband had made the pipes for ponters. I know that they (Reband) had a picture of the bike on their website when I ordered the pipe.
REBAND made both sets of pipes. The original pipes made for Anthony were the basis for the REBAND pipes now. They are 1 5/8" ID headers with a proper merge collector. The second set were 1 3/4" id headers but otherwise the same , apart from appearance. The original REBAND pipes ( same as sold now) limited the over 240hp rear wheel engine. I had input to the specifications, but not the fabrication of both sets.

CES exhausts are almost identical in header dimension, but the secondary pipes are smaller. Both pipes have tuned length headers or very close.

Carpenter "Brute" (I think is the name) pipes have the 2" OD headers not tuned length, it is worth noting that the port piece made of alloy which bolts to the head is only 1 3/4" ID anyway. The secondary pipe is pretty much the same size as the CES, but much shorter. Open megga muffler.

Muzz made pipes . only a few, ten years ago , or maybe more. The technical design was my design, the fabrication and appearance was his. The port pieces were made by CNC machine to my spec by a friend of mine.

Paul Bryant can speak for himself , I have not seen or measured his, but the pics look lovely, and he is obviously a good fabricator.

I have not yet seen or measured Carpenters swirly headers pipe. or OZ Riders exhaust.

I have NO financial interest in any of these folks or exhausts, but am merely stating what I have found or measured, in an effort to assist.

Thank you for all you do Neville.

Reband also made the bigger pipes as well.
Oh as @Neville Lush also mentioned.
Nice Write up Nev - You Da Man (in the tin shed) lol

Carpenter Classic Street Rod exhaust. With baffle sounds very much like the Supertrap slip on I removed. Powerband shifted seems to have a small torque loss down low but a little more higher up.

Ok thats the brute pipe but hey I prefer street rod to brute anyway. I love the pipe but could live without the springs and separate head manifold plate. I have a different baffle if it can be called a baffel :) as carpenter did not have one when I aquired my sets. Still its a special growl :D

I'm thinking that one the slip joints have carboned up I might try removing the springs. The joints stay in place now without springs but may leak.
