That sucks. Now to fight for your refund. If it was paid for by a credit card, your card company might help. If you paid with a check, good luck with this fly by night company.
 

I like the Rebands too except for the price. Over 2K here by the time they are delivered. However, that is what I am going with.
 
This will probably be one of the only times I'll be happy that I bought aftermarket parts through the dealership. Since I have a '13 Roadster and none of the fitment information I could find said Jardines would fit a '13 I had the parts guy research it and since he put in the time and effort to find the pipes I ordered them through the dealership. Consequently I don't have to wait for a refund from Jardine...I got it from the dealership...already in the bank.

my understanding back when Ric was getting the system right for my bike he did say he could build me a 3 into 1 into 2 if i insisted on the split back pipes. apparently wouldn't offer any advantage performance wise and only disadvantage was the extra weight.
 
.....and presumably a little more expensive. Do you know if he'd do 2 pipes now? 'Spose I can ask him.
