Can you identify this?

2014 R3 Touring 1973 Triumph Tiger 750
I took the seat off my 2014 R3T tonight and found this rubber grommet type thing under the bike.
The piece is about the size of a quarter. I can't even be sure it was from the bike but I don't know where else it would have come from. Any ideas?
Edit: I really don't think its part of the seat but wondering if it fell off 'something' when I removed the seat. Panniers? I dunno.

Wow, you are correct! I had never noticed them. Looks like one was already missing. Thanks so much. I'll have to order a couple.
