Can you ID bike and fish and possibly location from vegetation?

As many on this forum will attest I am a very dull, dry and humourless person I'm afraid.
Oh so very True :whitstling::whitstling::whitstling::whitstling::whitstling::whitstling:
I am just a poor cockney lad looked down on by all. That is why I love visiting Scotland where, to all and sundry, I appear suave and witty though I am not allowed to talk about sheep or goats!

Was this photo really the inspiration for 'Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy' and the hit song
"So Long and Thanks for All the Fish"? :D

Don't be ridiculous man! There are no dolphins in this pic.

Great post @Seanni Plunkett , good to see someone knows that '42' is more than just the average girth of a Rocket rider, the last thing we want is to keep on topic in this thread! ;)
You happy now?;):D
Is this foreplay or just a Dolphin's entrée*?

With any luck if we keep wiping out all the fish, eventually, before departing elsewhere, the Dolphins will have no choice but to clean up all the rubbish pollies of the world for us. I wonder which Trump would prefer, having his ear, fingers or something else nibbled off first? Now I know why I have never seen any photos of Trump swimming.;)

*Weird aside: I just found out that an 'entrée' is the starter course throughout the world except in the USA where it refers to the main course of a meal. I wonder if the same is true for 'foreplay'.;):D:roll::roll::roll:

If the dolphins ate all the pollies we'd be responsible for the corruption of an entire marine species.

Apropos weird asnd American... it for some reason reminds me of how Germans drink Port as an apperitiff....

I hate to be my usual dull pedantic self but I must point out two things. Dolphins are mammals not fish and we are no closer to solving the sidecar/fish mystery with this digression.

Jeeesh! Get onboard and go with the flow man! ;):D

Even the Dolphins know they are not fish, otherwise they would have left saying:
"So Long, and Thanks for All of US" !

So Long, and Thanks for All the Fish - Wikipedia
Its title is the message left by the dolphins when they departed Planet Earth just before it was demolished to make way for a hyperspace bypass

Some of us read that the sidecar photo was William Harley and Arthur Davidson in a factory HD sidecar taken in 1924 but is this so? Then we can focus on the fish!

1921 Harley Davidson Model J - note different fork springs and lower mudguard stays.
1921 Harley Davidson Model J Solo

The HD model J was introduced in 1915 with the 61 CID flathead V-twin. By 1921 there were two model J’s and two JD’s (Solo and Sidecar). The JD used a 74 CID motor and there were three variants of that motor offered: A=High Speed Police, B=High Compression for high altitude use, and E=Special Racing Motor. The J and J Sidecar sold for $485, the JD and JD Sidecar sold for $520. Sales for 1921 were 4526 J models and 2321 JD models.
The 1921 Harley Davidson Model J used a 1000CC (61 CID) air cooled flathead V-twin motor that produced 8.68 HP pushed through a 3 speed hand shifted transmission for a top speed of 60 MPH. Total weight was 325 LBS and suspension was leading link on the front and a rigid rear.

Its a J (61 CID) or JD (74 CID) Sidecar then.

Arthur Davidson (motorcycling) - Wikipedia
One of Davidson's favorite pastimes was fishing in the Wisconsin wilderness,

In this 1920 photo below Arthur Davidson is 3rd from left with Harley to his right, is he the sidecar passenger with rod and fish which fits the 'fish story'.

the duo were joined by Arthur's two brothers Walter and William. In two years they produced 3 motorcycles and the Harley Davidson Motorcycle Co. was born.

Just 4 years after supposed date of group photo, which two are the rider and passenger?

Clockwise from top left: William S. Harley, William A. Davidson, Walter Davidson, Sr., Arthur Davidson
