Can the non-storm R3's be tuned to gain same the HP and torque

I'm sure I'm not the first to ask this.. but if(?) the Storm is only different in its software, then is this possible? I already have a custom tune from @Penner i did couple of years ago., so not sure if it will be possible to add power

TTS a top tuner in the uk recons that you wont get much if any hp over a tuned bike he averages 180hp after dyno run and tune .

to my knowledge the power gains of the new storm is similar if not identical to Penner’ map. The throttle map alone will already increase HP numbers. That said the Storm map will be available soon and I’m eager to see what changes they made to the original tune.
