I am pleased that you have encountered a happy resolution to the issue with your Rocket.My problem comes into what other people who have read your comments earlier and have decided not to purchase a Rocket based on your experience..perhaps they are not on this site anymore(having purchased another brand) and will not have the oportunity to read your now glowing testimony concerning your experience with Triumph USA.Sometimes we prematurely make statements based on that time line and later need to make corrections.The dealer in New Jersey was only protecting their interest as you were not only a stranger..but a stranger who may have little if any reason to return to pay a bill if rejected by triumph USA.I am sure they will return your deposit as again Triumph USA will instruct them to do so after their resolution.Hopefully,those of you who have hesitated to purchase a Rocket,will do so now!Triumph has always stepped up and honored their warrantys and beyond.They continue to do the upgrades on Rockets out of warranty(proof of ownership/service records/dealer backing)So if you have issues with your Rocket,give everyone sometime to work thru the problems before you bash Triumph..just sayin'..PS..Most Rockets with factory alarms have had problems electrically...install relay,seperate fuse or my suggestion...a good disc lock and save $300 and no breakdowns!
