Breakaway Cruise Control

I've use compressed air with a shop air nozzle stuck between the rubber grip and the throttle. Works on dirt bikes, bmx bikes and I would assume Triumphs.

I just spoke with the dudes from that company and you definitely don't have to remove the grip at all. Only if you want the 1/8"inch back by shaving off the ring on the grip. I personally would not bother. I ordered one for my 2015 Rocket and they told me no problem on that bike. I will let you know once I get it late next week. I am in Canada

You will really like it, but I think they're pretty far off on that 1/8 inch? You'll be able to judge better when you actually see it and slide it up as far as it will go. I'll be glad to take better pic's when I get to the bike tomorrow if you like or just wait till you get it. I got one for my son's FJR1300 before we drove out west and he really loves his too. Glad you ordered it.

I am actually impressed with the workmanship on the part. It doesnt look like its something that doesnt belong from the vids. I am a cruiser so you kinda need a throttle lock. Love this bike!

Exactly! It's a really nice piece of machine work with a really nice finish. That's why I went to the extra effort to get it up against the switch housing so it would look like part of the casting?

I am going to install it without screwing with the grip and then I will see. If it will look much better like the pic you posted I will shave it down.

So I got mine installed today without manipulating the handlegrip and it is great. No need to do the extra work on trimming it in my opinion. Take a look. Also, I love the way it looks professional and like it came with the bike.
