Brand new to Rocket 3 ownership having just defected from Harley Davidson

Man that got you all going hahahahaah

Reality check men & woman, black, red, green, purple,, yellow, green, what's it bloody matter Mate. Undoubtedly some fast, some slow, & some eve suicidal. Some look good, some to much bling, & some just need a good polishing.

What it all mean, bugger all we own & ride Rockets, 2300cc, 140bhp+, 140MPH+, what more do we want, bigger engines, faster bikes, and the opportunity to ride when ever want and where ever we want!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's all that matters agreed, except Hanso your red ones far to slow, fade to black and you'll see the difference. ROTFLMFAO

Sorry Hanso I tried but couldn't help my self, you bite so well, better than a great white at a surf beach.
Hey Marty if you haven't relaised yet I'm just a **** Stirrer if I were to really care I would have told ya's all to take a flying leap I just like seeing whhat people will come up with to justifie thier choice of tint in the protective covering of the metal thingo that holds the Go Juice If I had a choice of Colours when I bought mine I would have Gone for the Canary Yellow yup you read right Yellow or a Bright Red jus cos I like In Your Face Colours as Richard or Mal (Kiwi) can tell you I am a bit of a nutter, not in the crazy kinda way, just in I like to have Fun kinda way, by the Way Mal it took all of 10 minutes to get in to those Beer vessels and no I didn't wear any more!!!

Went on Ratpacz ride on Sunday must have been 7 or 8 rockets there mostly fast black one's. 1 red one I think it was a bit hard to tell that far back in the mirrors. On a serious note it was good to meet Mitch, Motolink, Kim and acouple of others who are on this site. First time I have ridden with another Rocket.

Yeah was good to meet u mate final count was 9 rockets

So what figures did u get Hanso ? Just out of interest . I already knew the ct would rob u of a little but didn't want to say as I know u love the thing . And I'm not bagging the ds just saying is all

Oh and I think he is pulling your chain about the 160 lol seeing as your setup is the same as mine except mine has been dialed in your figures would be no different except for the ponies u lose being red ofcourse haha na just kidding . Mate I don't think I'd have much faith in a harley tuner what would he know ? The guy I use has done many rockets and also does race and drag bikes with much success I might add swell as street bikes . I'm glad I went Pcv and used powerhouse best decision I made I think way smoother than the canned tunes definitely .

No worries I knew I would not pull the same as you for two reasons
1/ the Darkside is a heavier tyre and I'm running a 245 so they don't come much heavier than that but I ain't concerned because while I might not get as much thought to the ground I get 100% of it driving me forward while the Bike tyre is still fighting to gain grip! so who do you think would be making forward progress while the other is smoking up going nowhere..... mmmm
2/I put that tune together out of two other tunes and made a couple of adjustment that my bum dyno told me was needed but I was out in that I had it to lean almost all the way through, while this good for the cruising fuel economy not so great for Power He actually said it was a terrific Map producing it max power at just before 6,000 rpm and holding that level till after 6500 rpm and only dropping 8hp by the time it hit the rev limiter at 7500 rpm and max torque was at 4500 rpm

Thought the 160hp might get your attention!!!!:D

I went there basically to sus out my A/F's witch was all in the 14 to 15 range way to lean for good power, low 13's would have been better.
In discussion with him about my planned modification to the exhaust header to muffler connection he said quiet confidently that with the mods and more fuel we could be looking at 160 if I had a bike tyre on it........... had you going thou ...hey
man it took you a while to come forward and ask :D
