Brand new to Rocket 3 ownership having just defected from Harley Davidson

Today while having my A/F checked out at the nearest Dyno near me which happens to be a Hardly Ableson dealer I relised something out of thirty hardly's in the show room all bar two were Black, then I realised something all you guys that are into the Black Bikes are ex hardly riders so your problem is you need counciling cos you all have Separation issues with your former Hardly's

Went on Ratpacz ride on Sunday must have been 7 or 8 rockets there mostly fast black one's. 1 red one I think it was a bit hard to tell that far back in the mirrors.On a serious note it was good to meet Mitch, Motolink, Kim and acouple of others who are on this site. First time I have ridden with another Rocket.

Yeah a great day, got a bit of bling for the Girl a (beaut little clock that mounts on the handle bar) Thanks Again For That Richard, had a bit of fun on the way home just coming outa Braidwood (about 10klm) before the run down the mtn carved up a group of Hardlys must say there was one that caugfht my Eye it was Bright Yellow with about a 300 back tyre VRod actually paused while passing him at a bout 160 klm just long enought to get a good look, nodded my approval and blew him away got down the Mtn went across town Filled up(went throught a full tank for some reason) had a chat with a mate and was coming past the turn off to go up the Mtn when down they come to the intersection... a very satifing run now to get the tuneECU laptop out make a few changes to richen up the maps, strangly enought Pete(the dyno guy and head mechanic) said he was really impressed with the Map just a bit lean all the way throught but definantly extra Lean up topend reckon there was potently a few more ponies lurking there and while He sells and recomends PowerComanders said I would be wasting my money and would be better of sticking to the TuneECU, I am sending him the TuneECU setup files so he can acquaint himself with it and after I get the other little exhaist mod done we are going to have another play on the dyno.... oh yeah it sounded magical reving out to 7,500RPM ... friggin gave me a woody!! oh and I didn't get the same figure as Mitch but pete said (as I already knew) the weight of the 245/50 car tyre would have cost me about 10 to 15 % so if I had a MT on and the fueling had been richer it would have been pushing out closer to 160 HP he came awy with a smile.I left there in my normal style ( back tyre trying very hard to maintain grip with the front pawing the Air) and went and had a coffee with Richard while I had been there the first time I noticed a chrome number plate bracket so went back and had lunch at the cafe they had at the Cafe while there eating and spending money on chrome Pete came out from the back with another Spanner Spinner and they were checking out the Darkside, he then walked past with a smile and nodded, I think it might have had something to do with my earlier exit can help it Im a "lair" ..... yep I had a fun day expensive but definately FUN

Reality check men & woman, black, red, green, purple,, yellow, green, what's it bloody matter Mate. Undoubtedly some fast, some slow, & some eve suicidal. Some look good, some to much bling, & some just need a good polishing.

What it all mean, bugger all we own & ride Rockets, 2300cc, 140bhp+, 140MPH+, what more do we want, bigger engines, faster bikes, and the opportunity to ride when ever want and where ever we want!!!!!!!!!!!!

That's all that matters agreed, except Hanso your red ones far to slow, fade to black and you'll see the difference. ROTFLMFAO

Sorry Hanso I tried but couldn't help my self, you bite so well, better than a great white at a surf beach.
