I've got one of those stands too, it works ok actually. I had the rocket up on it the other day, checking for rear wheel removal actually, and it's really quite stable. I had it at the rear of the engine & had the rear wheel off the ground easy with the front still just touching. Put a 24mm socket on the nut & use an impact driver to wind it up & down (slowly) Make sure you grease all the threads & pivot points first though to help reduce galling. As a added precaution you can always run a strap from the top yolk to a stud overhead as a backstop to stop it toppling over should you be a bit over vigorous with the wheel nuts.
