Brake Pads - 2007/8 'Touring edition'

I think i was the one wanting to increase rear braking on my touring, until i knew what it does didnt take long

I think I use "no name" organic pads on both front and rear with no apparent problem (and I stop pretty quick from 90 to 5 mph at my regular speed route). However, I have been thinking about sintered pads because I'm tired of all the black crap dust that gets on my rear rim. How do the rotors hold up using sintered pads? One thing I CAN say is that the 860lb Rocket 3 stops much smoother/easier than my 800 cc Boulevard.
