I had to bleed the front brakes and what a chore it is I do it the cheap way release the bleed nipple squeeze the brake lever close the nipple and release the brake lever fine I can do that on the right side no problem but had to get the missus for the left she squeezed the brake lever I played the nipple(not hers .. the caliper) finally I decided to spend the whole of $19.00 for speed bleeders so I can do it all myself well worth the money I guess and when I ordered the new part I also asked if the tech greased the bevel box at the differential intake when they changed the rear tire .

no such luck so this fall I will have to do it myself having a lift table the procedure should be a cinch
I will take pictures and post them. I did not buy the blue grease for goldwing I was advised to use the belray H-D grease designed for such H-D working parts

Do you have the part number and who you purchased the speed bleeders from?

I am going to be bleeding my brakes after this riding season.

Thanks

Any auto parts store will have one. Mine is essentially a hand operated vacuum pump. Works very well and also great for flushing your brake lines

that is a completely different system I screwed in the speeedy nipple the procedure is to open the nipple put on the end of the line connected to the nipple into a bottle and squeeze the brake lever the one way valve inside the nipple stop any air from re entering the system $16 .00 for the two versus $50 for the pump you worked from the bottom I worked from the top any bike shop will carry these gadgets

Going to have to get me one of those tools, will be putting stainless lines on the bike in the off season. And repainting the calipers something not black. Hmm, wonder if I can find some capable powder coater around here...
