Ok my eyes and my brain are hurting from trying to get this working. I've read loads of posts full of problems but here's my take .. .. ..... I've connected my Sena integrated 10upad to the bike, I then connect my android phone. The music song title appears on the clocks. I can skip and pause/play but I've no sound from the headset. Volume is maxed on everything. I deleted all connections and started with the headset - which is now connected to the bike and not the phone. Any idea what I'm doing wrong (aside from the obvious that I should have gotten the quick shifter instead of this)

I think I see the issue but no idea how to solve it. Under Music on the menu it's only showing my Sena unit in slot 1. I think the phone should be in slot 2

why not connect the sena and phone directly?
I use cardo but would expect seno to work the same. The controls such as volume, next song, answering phone etc can be done easily from the unit.
same with gps

I have a Sena 10U in my helmet, and have had both an iPhone 12 Pro Max and now a 15 Pro Max connected to the bike, as well as a GoPro 8. I had to delete all connections between the Sena and everything else (and forget it in the phone), then pair in the order you mention - Sena, then phone, then camera. It works for me. Android users seem to have more issues. There was a software update for the module in the first year, check with your dealer you have it?

There was an ECU update that resolved a number of issues with the BT module, however to get the bike controls to work correctly you will need to connect your phone and Sena to the bike and not have Sena connected directly to your phone.

The update was done and I was connected everything like you say......... anyway somehow this morning it started working and I have no idea what I did. I updated the Sena firmware last night and it still wouldn't work. Then I started messing with the FM radio in the Sena. I stopped for a coffee I put the helmet on the table and it was still scanned and starting to annoy me. I kept pressing random keys to stop. I went into the configuration menu pressed another few buttons and turned it off. When I finished my coffee I turned it back on and everything has worked since.

So that's the good news but unfortunately I can't help anyone else because I've no idea what I did
