That look is familiar. It happened when my rear tire was coming apart with just over 2mm of tread on it. Probably the softer rubber under the tread. Didn't figure it out until the stuff built up on the cat box and burned. :idea:
 
Looks like oil to me. I had this happen in the first 1000 miles. The oil was comming from the overflow valve on the rear wheel transfer case. I pointed it out to the moto tech and he verified and drained a bit of the fluid. Stopped immediately. I'd wager a cool draft on that being the cause here. don't recall if yours in a new bike with low miles or not Frock but I'll drink the cool one in case you don't get a chance to have at it.

Iagree with Chriswendy, It looks like the POS Metz is coming apart. Go to the darkside, you'll never look back.
 
I'm no expert on photography , but IMO
rubber spec's don't come in shades of light or dark
Plus there are 2 pure white spots. that are super clean.
IMO That's oil :!:
Easy enough to figure out , rub it :!: If it smears it oil.
If it rolls off & feels bumpy its rubber .

Had burnt rubber in wheel wells many times from running

Is their a lot of sooty deposit in the exhaust?, if so with that dyno result you posted you might be running a bit rich.
 
Their is a cluster of 3 small breather pipes under the motor toward the rear left side, have a look see if anything is blowing out of one of em onto the tire.
Looking at the pick its the right side of the tire you are getting that stuff on?
Have you had a sniff at it, do you recognize the smell?
