**** bike wont start

its got me ****ed
turn the key and it does the ignition sweep pull in clutch and press the starter and she sounds like she trys to turn once stops and makes the sound it first makes when u turn the key again.
I have the battery on charg although charger says its at full charge
battery turminals seem ok .

bought my mrs a new toyota carolla same day i got the rocket and she has had no problems this **** triumph seems like a bit of a **** heap at the moment

Just went out for one last look before i hit the hay and it must have been low charge on the battery even thought the charger said it was full because it started rite up no prob .
ill leave the battery on charge a little longer just to make sure and then take it for a blast in the morning :):)

I would give the harness a good "wiggle"once you get it started just to make sure it behaves before you start out Mitch. You got a good lookin bike there mate really like it. Al:)

Mitch, some of the things you are saying indicates a battery cell failing. The battery charger can show fully charged but the battery drains off quickly and not holding the charge.
Good luck, if you need any help give me a call.

Yeah i was wondering if i had a prob with the battery Jim i think i may have drained it slightly when i was fixing my indicators the other day so hopefully it will be ok but i will soon find out when i go to start it in a minute Thanks Jim
Regards Mitch

:D:D bike started first pop
took her for a ride engine management light was on but i figured it would clear and was just on because i had previously disconnected stuff.
pulled into my carport engine management light cleared .
Turned bike off and on again started with no drama and engine light is now cleared

Thanks to all who commented and gave advise much appreciated:cool:
regards Mitch

Good to hear Mitch. Was worried there for a bit that you'd be replacing it, altho I somehow couldn't see you as a used-to-own-a-Rocket type of guy. ;)

Yeah I'll never get rid of the rocket lol I just threaten to kick it out now and then so it pulls its head in
