No problem I am betting eventually you will get rid of the filter and at least go to a single K&N under the tank. I am not talking tripple filters but most end up there.
I am sur ethe little basturd can be hidden somewhere else. If not I highly reccommend the Scorpion battery when you need to replace one.

Quick question. I was using a battery tender all the time when I had the Yuasa. Now have a new Scorpion. Do any folks keep new batteries on tenders as well? I have the CTEK Multi US 3300 battery charger and keep it on the mode with the car symbol for those of you that have the same model.
I'm confused. It seems to be the consensus that the Scorpion YTX20DHL, with 320CCA works better than a Lithium with (supposedly) 400+ CCA. Can anyone explain why this may be?

not necessarliy..I would think by themselves the 400 lithium battery would crank this anomoly of beast over better than the 320cca scorpion..but if ya got the stock breather I think you are limited to one or the other..I would go with the lithium..I have 310cca Interstate (same as the Scopion) and have it hooked to 500cca Ballistic lithium that I have where the old breather used to be..there is really no where else to put an extra battery in there..sorpion is what? $100, but the 500cca Ballistic is $250....and I still have problems with starting when the temps get colder that 40* (not gonna ride then anyway....but)..I can't find any loose connections anywhere on my bike..checked the starter a couple of times too..personally I think it's just the luck of the draw with the understaffed wiring on all of these rockets..some have the cold weather non-starting problems and some don't..
I have used the wallyworld specials and they have never let me down, it does get into the low teens sometimes down here I do replace the battery every three years no ifs ands or buts it is replaced every three years plus I never and do not own a battery tender as I ride at least every other day.
