I just received an incredible offer to purchase a 2020 R3 GT and a decent offer for a 2021. Are there any differences between the 2 years? TIA

Someone might chime in with some definitive details of a few differences, but i'd be surprised if there is anything significant.
Both bikes will be out of manufacturers warranty, so there will be no advantage there.
If it was me looking at the two bikes, i'd be just comparing cosmetic condition, mileage, service books, any warranty work done, condition of tyres, any damage (i.e. if it was dropped).
If the 2020 is significantly less money, in my opinion it's a no brainer.
Oh....one more point to bear in mind.......the red ones are faster than the black ones. ....Don't say I didn't warn you.
