Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but for those of you planning on this ride...I can't make it. I took a spill off an ATV last weekend and cracked a few ribs so not a good time for me to be challenging the twisties.

Not to be a pain but,,, what were you saying about my spill on the 4wheeler and my broken hand??
On a serious note, wish you a quick and painless recover, also hope you are just waiting to heal up to get back on that thing and show him who is boss!

Yep...just a few. With any luck I will be able to take a deep breath by the weekend. You know the drill...wrap 'em tight and try not to make any sudden unplanned movements. Right now sneezing, hiccups, etc SUX!!! I did make it to work this morning though...

I know how you feel R3tex. I took a bad spill on a 125 dirt bike on guys weekend last month. Bruised a couple ribs and messed up my hip so bad I couldn't even lift my leg high enough to take of my sock. Way to old for that stuff.

So does it mean it is delayed until the 9th of March? lol

Hey Tex, all joking aside, it may be better NOT to wrap your ribs at all. I have had a flailed chest (meaning three or more ribs broken in a row) on both sides at different times in my short tenure on earth, plus a few single fractures here and there. All my doctors have told me not to wrap to help prevent the onset of pneumonia. I just took it easy as you’ve stated till I could play rough again. Obviously I am no doctor so always follow their advice as they know your situation best. Just my two cents…
