Anyone ever mounted a Triumph Top Box T2356395 on an R3T?

this is a top case I picked up used for 100$ can. The guy that had it said it bounced around to much. Took the brackets he had ,threw them in the garbage and proceeded to install it on the triumph Sissy bar.Perfect install and also it can be removed and put back on quit easily. Then I picked up another sissy bar at a super price.

Hey, I've been looking to get the same kind of tour trunk mounted on my bike. Did you make the mounts for it yourself? If not, where did you find it?

I installed it with the rack for the back rest. Took the top part off, lined everything up and used aluminum rails underneath, Stainless steel metric bolts and SS lock washers. Metric bolts that way if ever emergency on the road everything is metric. Used locktite red for all the bolts. Nothing is coming loss. Using the standard mounting for the sissy bar makes removing and install very easy. If I remember I saw this on youtube. The guy actually used a suitcase with pullout handle and wheels removed them and installed those onto the rack. That way he can remove and move it with the wheels to his motel room at nite. Very ingenious. This install took me about a whole day. Time to line up everything, correct minor mistakes as I went along.Wife loves it, because it's comfortable, but especially because there's room for all her stuff. Good thing I have a big bike for all the stuff I mean. She only weighs 105 lbs. I've got to watch she doesn't blow away in the wind LOL.

Thanks for the close-ups...that gives me something to go on. As stated, that looks very sturdy. Did you do the paint yourself, or get someone else to color match it?.. it looks great!

@jake shaw what did you use for there supports?
I used 1/2"round alum bar, threaded at each end and made threaded adjusters at each end. These are to support and level the topcase. they are fastened to the saddlebag cross support. The whole unit lifts off with the rear rack in seconds so I also put quick connects for the lights and speakers. My friend painted it.
