Aftermarket exhaust

Got mine back from service and I noticed one of the checklist items was that the ECU was still locked. So they are certainly looking for it.
 
The term 12 minute is a bit misleading. 12 minute tune refers to 12 minutes after the bike reaches operating temp. Any instruction on this forum about running one will usually say to start the bike from cold, and let it run 30 minutes.

Edit to add: I just watched the video you posted and he said the same thing, Wait for the fan to come on then another 12 minutes.

I like the look of the original exhaust pipes, been thinking on ordering an extra catalyst box to make a de-cat pipe for it

PS: I am also open to receive a donor-box lol

We all have our ideas on the ideal system it seems I'm pretty hung up on having three "end pipes/mufflers" debating with myself whether it would look good with classic "megaphone/Dunstall" mufflers or outswept "custom bike-y" ones.
I think three of these, tastefully arranged, two on the right and one on the left side would be nice.
 

My half a shilling's worth of opinion here is that I agree completely. While I usually think otherwise (some of the K16 bunch go so far as to prefer one brand of exhaust over another, just because of the number of holes at the end of the can), here, the unequal number of cylinders, plus the gorgeous design of the stock exhaust's appearance, with two on one side and one on the other, makes me want to preserve that just as a design element. Now, that said, despite hating truly loud pipes, do I think the stock system needs a bit more tone, attitude, and "bark" when the throttle is hammered hard? Definitely. But I'd like an aftermarket choice that preserves at least much of the stock LOOK, unless you go "mini-thruxton" with the look of each of the 3 cans, and even then, 2 on one side and one on the other. And on that last, the mini-Thrux pipes would give the whole bike just a tad more classic/vintage look, IMO.
 
I personally find the "hole" after the stock goat belly is gone an eyesore on the Kawasaki Vulcans and I feel/fear the mighty Rocket would look wonky with a big void where the left muffler and goat belly used to be.
 
I was thinking on getting rid of the smaler visible pipes inside the exhaust tips, using only the bigger ones would create a bigger rumble and create a meaner look while keeping it original until you look closer, I will probably start in 2 weeks as the bike is my daily ride to work
