My headlamp was fogged up so I decided to try an Adjure headlamp (reflector and lens) I found on http://customdynamics.com .

At first I thought it wasn't going to fit but after a little sliding around it did, no adapters were needed.

Yes it does seem brighter. I use to see my aux lights to either side of the low beam now they are covered by the light that is focused in a rectangular pattern that is higher towards the right side of the road. That might not work well in the UK. The high beam seems brighter.

I too had a 'fogged' lens. I was able to use some tools to clean the inside of the lens. It is much better but I too would like to replace the chrome plated plastic headlamp reflector with a glass unit. Is the Adjure unit a glass or plastic reflector?

I replaced the headlight housing and bulb with this combination. It is much better than the stock setup even with different bulbs.

replace it with this lens-reflector unit:

and this bulb:
<b><font color="green">Osram Rallye 70/65w +50 H4 bulb</b></font>

I think the stock lens and housing is poorly designed. I could never get it aimed so both beams provided adequate lighting. With the above set up and 2"@25' aim its great.
