I'm sure it has been posted before of the video of a guy that stuck the jet motor in a Rocket frame?

Listen to Bob Carpenter's words at 47 seconds in...

"We don't need no steenkin' jet motor!"

I have seen the formerly "Castrol" Rocket Streamliner now know as the "Infor" Rocket Streamliner driven by Guy Martin in action on the Bonneville Salt Flats last year. Well to their benefit the salt was terrible all of last season. 3/4" of salt isn't enough to do anything on. Even our record attempt at the 2016 Speed Trials was thwarted by the high winds and terrible salt. It was like riding in slushy snow. Anyway, the Triumph attempt has not gone well. Guy fell over twice in the last attempt at the Mike Cook Shoot-Out last year. The first time while being pulled with a tow rope as he was towed to the start line. The second time making a run but only near something like 100 mph. A big spot of slush got him on that run. The crew spends more time tinkering with the engines trying to get them to run correctly. The day I went they made 1 run at about 7:30AM in the morning and only got to a speed as in the words of Guy Martin to my question "How fast Guy"? His reply was "Barely got 200 mate". Later we found out it was 197 mph. The crew spent the rest of the day tinkering.
