I do not miss those days at all (until I see the ocean or ride into Norfolk and see the carriers all lined up). Good luck on your float shipmate, any chance of a meet up prior to your trip? I haven't had a good Navy story for months...
 
My wife is back, and we're a go for 16 April. I signed up on Event Bright, and created a group "Triumph Rockets" with password '123456' if you care to get your tickets by that association.

Tickets for two was $54.74.

Will have our Sena 20 BT head sets, though I must say I have had limited success connecting with anyone else.

Just a reminder, this event is the 16th of April at Lion & Bull Restaurant - 5351 Merchants View Square, Haymarket, VA 20169. Joe Smoe is going and I will be there at 0900 for the kick-off. Mark your calendars folks and see you there.
 
Just added our Number One daughter -- on her Honda 250 Nighthawk.

Reminder: I set up a "Group" (if you go to the link at the start of the thread, it offers individual and group registration) - click on "Group" and in the blank, enter "Triumph Rockets" (a partial will work) just for fun. There is neither cost nor benefit to doing this. The basic rate of $27 and change gets a t-shirt and some sort of lunch.

It looks like pre-registration is closed, so I will have to register down there. I plan on being there before 9AM so don't leave without me.
 
Not a chance . . . we too plan to be there early, so we can take a look at lunch and eat and go or just go.

Will be nice to have some Rockets riding together.

Who all is going at this point ?
 
I am meeting two of my regular (non-Rocket) riding buddies in Alexandria early that morning and the three of us plan to be onsite around 0900.
