did anyone who bought the cyclops or other Chinese leds put the ballast in with the bulb in the housing? Just curious if you were able to get everything to fit?

I was able to arrange the wiring, so that the clip was on one side and the transformer on the other. It all fitted, just took a few minutes and a tad of patience

thanks!

I have been trying to align the headlights on my garage door, but the light scatters much more than the h4 bulbs. Any ideas on making sure they are aligned properly?
I rode the other night and can see just about every road sign from a mile away, but as far as seeing the road, that is another story. I can definitely see the road about 10 ft in front of me before it get about as black as it can be. It is a strange and different experience for sure.

That describes the light pattern my stock lights throw. Even better now that I installed @DEcosse's plug and play EB style by-pass. I'm glad my lights are brighter, but I think I need to change both headlight cups with a better housing/reflector.

Awhile back some of us went with Susquehanna for improved light.
They worked well for me until I discovered DayMakers.

If you are using a LED bulb in a reflector designed for a H4 bulb you will never get the headlamp aligned, the light source is in the wrong position and wrong shape.
