I'd love a 300 on the back end of my bike too. But what about some guys comets that the the handling will be disrupted and reduced. Do you agree with that and are you prepared for a poorer performing bike through bendThat would bother me.
You post says "already in development" so I'm assuming you're not finished the project?
Why did you choose 300 and not say 360?
How'ed you step the drive shaft out to accommodate the extra width?
Is it angled and incorporated 'U' joints?
I'm not being critical, interested - chrome looks great, I love bling, do you intend chroming the shaft drive housing?
How much did the wheels set you back?
Apologies for the questions but I 'm most interested and I may do it myself.
Tomcat says he'ed prefer a smaller rear tyre.
I'd go for a narrower rear tire too, but running a car tire now and very happy with it. Always wondered if an R3T rim would fit an R3std, anyone know? It would handle better and the tires are about half the price of the 240 (but not the car tire).
I regularly ride with a mate whose got an R3T and on the windies its a challenge to keep up.

I have no sound on the computer I am on, but he might say how much it costs. I don't know what size tire it fits either but he likely says in the video.
1. Chopped about 3" off the 2 supporting arms for the old mudguard. Quite surprisingly, I gently hammered them so both ends meet, shaved a bit off the bottom and welded them back together, painted matt black - you'ed never know they've been cut.
2. Made a 50mm bar to wrap around the back.
3. fitted a $30 trailer mudguard (not a $800 from HD) fits and looks perfect.
4. Fitted LED lights, stop and turn front and back.
5. Chopped the front mudguard.
6. Installed new smaller stylish mirrors with inbuilt LED indicators.
7. Chopped the exhausts and re-welded the mufflers to end flush with my rear axle.
It is not my bike.... As I understand it is under construction via Taylormade wheels in the UK ........i have run a 280 on a Vmax and I have friends who run 330's on the Vmax......this is done by adding a second UJ and a shorter drive shaft .....from experience you get used to the handling ....it's not as if the R3 handles like a sports bike in the first place

My "WOW" was in surprise that a Tesla greased Rango's Rocket.
He never did say if it was a true drag race or just from some running start.
Twas just surprised is all.
