2020 Indians get new Thunder Stroke 116 engine plus new tech

Cams shouldn't give you enough to matter, 20hp/20tq maybe..

You're prolly right. And even 20 might be optimistic for 558s. There are some dyno sheets that have been posted on the Indian site. I don't recall the 558 gains. At some point I'll take another look, refresh my menial spec of gray matter LOL.

My Vic was so easy with cams, from opening my tool box to starting the engine was three hours. Lots to be said for overhead cam.

Guys that had Vics generally speak very highly of them. I understand the 106 was/is quite an engine (is 106, right?) And I do see Vics on the road in my neck of the woods from time to time. On the other hand, in the past couple of years I've seen two Indians in my area. Mine, and one other at a traffic light. Only seen one Rocket, an '09 (if I remember right) Touring that I test drove that belonged to and being sold by a guy who lived about 40 miles north of me. Central New York is pretty much Harley territory.... and a variety of rice.

Western NY even more so, I think, if that's possible. Guzzi Dan and I usually have the only non Harleys at the popular bike bars.
