If I can make it, am happy to go with the majority. Be great if everyting aligns and that I can turn up. Will be away alot with work over the next couple of months and have an elderly Mum to keep an eye on, so my vote does not count as it will depend on how things are in the lead up to October. Chris

so what say we lock in October 27th early arrivals Friday, 28th Saturday the main dinner / get together on the Saturday and 29th Sunday say goodbye and head our different ways, at here - Nyngan Riverside Tourist Park | Accommodation | Caravans the Cabins in all shapes and sizes are listed under the "Accommodation" tab
I have rung them and spoke to them that weekend is free of bookings she also assured me that the indigenous locals are not a issue, I discussed a possible discount ant also she mentioned that there is a private function BBQ area which we can hire for the Saturday night (price dependant on numbers)
What I need now is a number of people definitely coming ASAP so I can possibly negotiate a discount on the cabin for us

Are we going to make a block booking or do our own reservations ,what ever suits the crew, I am looking at a shared cabin as soon as someone commits to the date/time ,no gunnas please just a fair dinkum yes or no, plenty of time to save up money and win sufficient brownie points at home
