This is interesting. My bike would never start if the clutch was held in. It has to be released and in neutral to start.

Problem solved

All safety switchs (kick stand nuetral clutch )go to ecu) then ecu grounds starter relay.
Clean or replace clutch switch.
The fuel gauge problem is when the clutch switch is allways engaged

If relays r upside down they will fill with water and rust or short out on inside.

If u want to check the clutch switch then roll the rubber back and take a copper wire and wrap around the two terminals to start the motor (MAKE SURE IT IS IN NEUTRAL)

You are correct! The fuel gauge works about 10% of the time. Thanks for the information!!

Won't start. (Always has.) Key turned, in neutral, kill switch on, kick stand up, lights bright, system check, all good. Press the start switch....nothing. I tested the switch with multimeter and it functions perfectly when checking continuity. Thoughts? (Also, I am looking for an auxiliary lamp visor.)

just pulled rubber sleeve back and sprayed wd40 and it is still working good
also u can short with copper wire till u find replacement
