I am sure it helped. I was so excited about it and showing it to the Bear man. He made the comment about how come I get the patches and magazine and he doesn't? I told him again you have to register once a year. Maybe one of these days I will register for him. But I know he doesn't care much about the patches and he can read my magazine, so I haven't worried about it. I don't sew the patches on my jacket. I mostly have them for a collector item. I really liked the blue one this year. The first year I had the bike and registered was '05 and I got a set that included a patch, pin, and something else. can't remember. Then the next year I think I got a patch and pin. Then the next year they didn't do anything, bummer! Then the last two years I have just gotten a patch. I guess they are doing severe cut-backs like the rest of the world.
