2008 Rocket III Touring - Stock Mufflers


Looked like McRocket was ready to trade TORS for stock. Didn't work out?

Foolishly, I got rid of them early on, before I really took some long rides on the bike (2,500 miles in one case) and realized I wasn't getting used to the noise like I thought I might. I'm not going to continue to ride a bike if I'm not comfortable on it. Life's too short.
 
I have a set as well still in the cloth tie bags. They were removed before I ever picked the bike up. They were only on it for the test ride.
 


I have mine. Less than 1k miles on them. I would have to figure out what I want for them but I don't need them for anything.
 
New takeoffs make me feel like a racoon hoarding worthless shiny bits of chrome. Typically nobody wants the stuff but you just can't bring yourself to throw it away.

Mine are all shined up and packed away in the TORS box!
