My will power is waning, Honestly my wifes sister just moved from chicago to phoenix and she's nagging us to fly out there to visit so of course i'm thinking that would be a freaking fantastic ride home, But I haven't gotten bored with the bikes I already have yet and the repercussions of a 3rd bike... well, call me a COWARD.

Can anybody tell me the difference between an r3 classic and an r3 standard other than paint?

The Classic came with foot boards, heel-toe, and two tone paint. And pullback bars and cones on the silencers. And a dual touring seat. Don't recall if they came stock with bags, windshield or eongine bars.

The Classic Tourer did come with leather panniers and a luggage rack, I think.

Essentially the Classic Tourer was a limited promotion, gussied up version of the 2007 Standard model with about $2,700 worth of Triumph goodies added for only an additional cost of about $500.

See warp9.9's following post re: accurate info about the Classic, non-Tourer model, for which a windshield/screen and crash bars were not included.
