I finally got the Touring footboards mounted on my Classic and I can now use all the tread. They don't touch down until you think the bar end is going to hit the asphalt! Rearset performance without the monkey humping a football riding position. Highly recommended.
Here are a few tunes for the R3T and a version of Tunedit to view them. Doesn't look like you can open them with an older version of Tunedit.
After you download it, click on the tunedit file and select extract. Then click on tunedit again to run the program.
Has anyone purchased an Auxiliary Power Socket, part number A9938047? There are no pictures nor discriptions availble. I'm interested to know where it mounts. Can anyone help?
Just FYI,
I just got off the phone with Triumph. I made the mistake of not checking to make sure all the parts were in the box before installing my new light kit. (A9938085) It seems that Triumph left out the second wire harness for the light bar. According to them, this is a not the first...

We have created a new Rocket III Touring Forum. To view the forum click the "Forums" link on the top bar. I have moved a few older threads there to start organizing R3T info. As it grows and at user's requests we can add subforums on more topic specific info.
Enjoy!
Is anyone aware of a new Touring fitted with a sidecar? I know Watsonian Squires have a unit and fittings for a Rocket 3 but given the Touring has been touted as having a completely 'new' frame etc and shares the engine only in common with the 3 and Classic, I wonder if they have progressed to...
Hey all. I had an 05 black, but sold it due to military obligations. But I am now in the market to get another, and found an 07 BW classic tourer for 12500. Has 475 miles on it. Does this sound like a good deal to yall? Absolutely showroom. Let me know your thoughts.

Does anyone know if the new quickly removable sissy bar ( A9758067) that Triumph makes for the touring model can be installed on a standard or classic Rocket 3? I need to purchase a sissy bar for my wife but would prefer to get one that is easily removable. My dealer doesn't have a clue. If it's...
What kinda of jacket are any of you captains wearing that you would reccomend that is versatile enough to go from say upper 30's to lower 80's? Thanks.
Went the dealer today to ask about the power difference between the standand the touring. The cams are the same parts numbers however, the throttle bodies' part numbers are different. So it appears to be a combo of tune and throttle bodies. And if you are wondering a set of standard Rocket...
Just thought I'd post a few pictures of my tour set up to Daytona and Key West.
The first is with the T-bag itself and as I accumulated more t-shirts I went ahead and picked up the T-bag roll bag in Ft. Myers. The original T-bag comes with the strap down cover for the roll bag.
The T bag...
I know a few of you thought that I was looking to get the new tourer...even I thought I was going to get one (I know BusaJack was egging me on to get one). But since I made this trip this last week I have decided (unless I run into a big pile of money anytime soon...mighty unlikely, but if I...
Here is the Triumph promo vid for the Touring.
I also have posted a few other videos of the Touring model in this post under the heading 2008 Rocket III Touring Videos.

Hello everyone,
There is a strong chance that I will be in London from 5/25-5/31, not on business, just for fun. Has anyone toured the Triumph Factory? I think it is only an hour or two from London so the temptation is to see where my Kate was born. On the other hand, if someone has seen it...
I am new to this forum, and have been posting on R3 Owners.com I am sure some of the same people are on this one as well. I have been riding for about 25 years, and have owned the gambit from Dirt, Sport, and Cruiser. I fell in love with this bike, and bought the Demo after the test ride...
