I was looking online at the Triumph site and noticed that the Long Haul no longer comes with a rider backrest. When did they stop making that? The reason, I see, for a log haul seat is to have a backrest for those long hauls....

Does anyone know who makes this seat?

Anyone out there have any experience with the Young Guns seat from Corbin on the Rocket? Looks badass on the R3R and is supposed of good quality.

Made some modifications, removed the backrest hole, decreased hump and added memory foam, rides like a dream Thanks!

Had an stock seat I wasn't using so I thought I'd try to make a gunfighter style solo. Took about 3 hours with a rotary tool and staple gun. Has a few wrinkles but without cutting and resewing I'll have to live with them.

Hello to all my fellow r3 owners, I've just bought my new r3 touring and the seat is rubbishafter about 40 minutes so how good is the longhaul seat and can anyone recomend a good uk custom seat manufacturer please as I've got some long rides planned, thanks all :)

Hi, I've had my Rocket for a few weeks now and I can't raise the seat no matter how hard I try. I have read the handbook and even given it to friends who are better than me with mechanical things (nearly all of them) but it won't budge. It's an 07 Classic. Any one know the secret? :(

i guess i made a mistake when i installed the utopia backrest behind the driver seat as now the key wont release the seat no matter what i do. any suggestions before i have to destroy the side cover to operate the pull wire? okay stop laughing...
