I just put the bike back together . Started it up and it really sounds great. The weather gods are suppose to be good to us tomorrow so I'll give it a road test.
I was really impressed with how the bike was put together >>>That is except the mirrors. I have never seen such a after thought...
I'm having an issue with my left mirror. It vibrates so much I can barely see whats behind me. This is generally not an issue on the open road, but is a bit of a problem in city or traffic situations. I've tried tightening it down with the Allen Key to no avail. Any ideas or suggestions?
i have the stock seat and mirrors for a 08 re classic for sale seat /mirrors and pass inger pegs thay have been on the bike for 2000 mile and are in great shape shoot me some offers
I ditched the stock mirrors today and installed 2" CRG's. It's amazing what you can see out of these tiny mirrors. I currently run these on one of my BMW's as well.
Has anyone ever put any mirrors like these on their Rocket? What do you think? There's a guy that sells them on ebay...what do you think? Can you see anything behind you with them, lol?

I had the day off from work today, and it was above freezing. I ended up putting on my Kuryakyn grips, and Emgo mirrors. After I finished, I took her out for a ride (of course).
They always seem to run better when you've just added something new.:D
What is the general thought on adding mirrors with the lighted turn signals? Does it create more headache than worth? I like the looks of those and thinking for safety (mine) they would be a good thing.
